Well it's a thin cartridge with a big punch. And the problem with revolvers is capacity. So pushing the discussion to extreme......

I don't know alot about the subject but I'm wondering, are there any disadvantages to this round? From what I've read, more powerful than a 38, more manageable than a 357, you get to squeeze an extra round in the same package as a 38.... Seems perfect, what do the nay sayers say? Other than nay

Ammo availability. Buy it when you see it. 32 HR & SW are good for plinking. Reloader? Buy up on brass and rest easy.
I have a couple oddball cartridges, just plan ahead.

I had a friend that loaded his H&R 32mag hot for deer hunting. He limited his shots to around 50 yards and harvested his deer using a 6 5/8" Ruger SS for several years.
I'd lay odds that the 327 mag would be a great game getter and defense cartridge.
