Attached the TLR3 today on my SR9c. Not a bad little light. Awfully bright too! Have to take it out and give it the 'ol test fire. Read here that kraigster had a problem with a similiar light for a Glock which gave him problems because of the added weight. Hopefully the newer, lighter 3 won't give me any feeding issues. Have to wait and see. Anyone else have one of these on any of the SR models?

I had a TLR-1s on my full size SR9 before, but took it off and put it on my Beretta M9A1 as soon as that gun joined the herd. I might buy the TLR-3 for my SR9 as well because I like the compactness of it and maybe it won't stick out too far past the barrel of the full size gun. Looks good on the SR9c BTW. And yes, test it with the light installed. I tested my SR9 and Beretta with the TLR-1s installed - no issues. In fact, the extra weight of the TLR-1s makes my Beretta more balanced and there is less muzzle rise.

The TLR3 sticks out about 3/4 of an inch and the rest is under the frame. So not too bad, and just as wide as the gun.

That's pretty good. IIRC, the TLR-1s stuck out a little further.

Here's an update on the TLR3. Finally shot the gun with the light. 50+ rounds not a glitch, no failures of any kind except light powder burn on top of light. (Nothing a little solvent or alcohol won't remove) The only other thing now is the mag release pin seems to move from left to right after about 15 rounds. So I just tap back.
