It doesn't seem to be much heavier in the hand either.

Nice photos. I'm sure you'll enjoy shooting it and it will make a good carry peace.

    Very nice.

I may sell my .38 LCR and replace it with a .357 KLCR, hoping the extra 4 oz. will dampen recoil a little. I'd be curious to know if you think there is an appreciable difference in felt recoil between the two shooting standard .38's.

Not sure yet, but feel like it would allow one to use the heavier kicking 158 +Ps.

Others have had good luck with getting dampened recoil from the additional 4 ounces or so.

This will be my fanny pack gun in the summer when my RAMIs are to heavy to carry,
pocket or light shoulder holster for winter.

Fanny packs look out of place here during the cold months.

I'll try to the Double Tap 125 and 100 .357 mag loads in it.

Might have to go for the Winchester 110s or something with less recoil.

    .38s for practice when I can't find a suitable .357 load.

I really liked the Remington 125 gr. 38+P JHP load in my .38 +P LCRs when I could buy it at $12 per 50.

I own the KLCR and carry it daily. Great little gun! Hornady Critical Defense in .357 is a great round for it. Low recoil (about the same as a 38+P).
