Thoughts on Selling my LCP for an LC9?

LC9 is real nice, but ...the LCP conceals where no others can. I've got bigger and badder, but never ever part with mine....

Just as a matter of ethics it seems to me that you've already made the deal. Reneging now would seem somewhat less than honest to me.

sell it and get you a new lcp with better sights and save for the lc9.

...there's a time and place for everything...almost. Stuff a LC9 in your pocket as a trial for comfort...ankle holsters ain't too good when wearing shorts, especially when totin' a pink pistol , then reconsider the flexibility of the LCP. The LC9 would be a nice addition...read addition, as noted in above responses. JMHO.

I had both a lcp and lc9

The lc9 was sold. Dont see myself ever geting rid of the lcp.

Sell the Raspberry LCP and buy a non-Raspberry LCP and then get an LC9. Both the LCP and the LC9 are nice guns and fit different scenarios well. LC9 on the belt with the LCP on the ankle would be nice. Raspberry LCP's are ok to get the wife interested but not for serious work. <G> BTW IMHO LCP's are great for Concealed Carry and deep concealment but home defense doesn't require such a small gun. A large pistol is easier to handle and will do the job much better. I carry my LCP 90% of the time, maybe more, but when I answer the door at night I have my Glock 40 S&W in my hand. It's a Baby Glock and I would have a full size if I could afford it. If I get a new home defense weapon I've been thinking of a short barrel shotgun.

I have changed my mind. You should keep the raspberry LCP as an open act of defiance.
