    I'm 72. I am not surprised at the age of the people checking in. Who else has all this time to read and post. Another indication is there is very little , if any, street slang used and every one is always polite.

    I'm 61 and still pretty active. After every IDPA or 3gun match I'm pretty sore. I always stretch before a stage and don't overdue it. We just broke out the mountain bikes. I want to get into better shape for backpacking trips this season. There are a few fishing lakes we like to visit. Denny
