If this means what i think it means, then I think it's a good idea. But, it sounds like a lot of people might accidentally misinterpret what it means if this law passes and find themselves in a lot of trouble. I mean yeah, most of us have always been taught to never point a gun at someone or something that you don't intend to destroy so as far as I see it, if I have to pull my gun on someone, I have every intention of shooting you if I have to, to protect myself or my home. This just seems to me that it'll be more protection for me if it turns out I don't have to shoot and run the risk of being charged with brandishing.
