    A batch of friction folder trout knives I made for a group of friends from a Bamboo Fly Rod Forum. Blades are cutdown from inexpensive SS kitchen paring knife blanks, sheet brass under bamboo scales, brass pivot & pins with 1 mosaic pin at butt of grip. Unique file work each blade spine.

    I have that same Gerber carving set. I gave it to my parents for their 25th anniversary in the 70's. I inherited it back when they passed. that was when Gerber produced nice cutlery. My guns are the same except one being a 686 in stainless steel.
